This site collects as little as possible. This page says what it collects, why, and what happens to it.
What this site collects
The Fit Check request form collects your name, work email, company or organization, the moment you select, and your adoption question if you choose to write one. Nothing else on this site asks you for information.
How it is used
Your request is read by Barbara Rhoden and used to reply, to arrange the conversation, and to prepare for it. It is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared for anyone else's marketing, and it is not added to a mailing list.
Who processes it
This site is hosted on Netlify, which receives form submissions and passes them to a business email account. Those providers process the information on behalf of Thrive Growth Partners, LLC and under their own terms.
Analytics
This site may measure page visits and how often a Fit Check request is started and completed. Those measurements are counts in aggregate. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not joined to the details you submit in the form.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.
How long it is kept
A Fit Check request is kept for as long as it takes to reply and, where an engagement follows, to keep a record of it. It is deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and it will be handled.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
